What is the Status?

A silent auction in Pearl Bids states a status for each auction.
You also find a status designation for each Donation and even Contact and Attendee. Pearl Bids only three different status designations: Open, Closed and Deleted. Other status designations, such as "To pickup" and "Received" are also included for your use while you collect your donations.

How to Work with Tables

Entering your bids* from the Silent Auction in Pearl Bids allows you later to print receipt, email receipt with a 'Pay Now'-PayPal button, and print/email an accountant winning bids report (PDF or CSV).

Pearl Bids can handle the bids which increase in amounts, bids with the same amount and multiple winners, and bids with increasing amounts and with multiple winners.

Here we will show you how to enter a bid, delete a bid, and how to manipulate a bids and the bid order.

Working with Libraries

All donations from all of your auctions are kept in the Library. (Notice the analogy with iTunes in which all songs on the play lists are kept in the library.)

Within the Library you can assign the donation item to a different auction* or duplicate a donation to be used in a new auction.

* Unless bids have been made on the donation.
